Q: When will tickets be available for a specific movie?
A: Regular showtimes for movies should be available sometime between Monday and Tuesday of the week the movie opens. Pre shows such as Thursday night and Midnight releases may be available earlier depending on the movie company’s policy.
Q: Will you be getting a specific movie?
A: Final Movie booking does not occur till the Monday of the week a movie is released. So we can not be 100% sure we will be getting a movie till Monday afternoon. If a movie is from a smaller company it may be a limited release and we may be unable to get it opening week. That does not mean we will not be able to get it at a later date.
Q: Do you have Closed Captioning, Assisted Hearing, or Descriptive Audio available?
A: Yes, We have devices available in all rooms for all three of these. Just as the ticket seller, or concession stand worker, and they can provide you the equipment.
Online Ticketing Questions
Q: Help, I purchased tickets online, how do I redeem them at the theatre?
A: When you purchase tickets online you receive a confirmation email with the QR code that you can bring with you to scan to redeem them.
Q: I was unable to make it to the movie I purchased tickets for, can I get a refund?
A: Once a showtime has passed, refunds or exchanges are not available.
Q: When can I pick up the tickets I purchased online?
A: Any time after the purchase has been made online the tickets can be picked up.
